The hotel room was very clean. The included breakfast was worth the money. The hotel's location is close to stations that can get you in many directions.
The room was very small compared to other hotels i stayed at. It was hard to find space to open my luggage. The staff was unhelpful, one member was rude to my friend.

I found the front desk staff helpful. The rooms feature a perfect layout. the proximity to the subway is very convenient. The neighborhood provides a sense of authenticity and calm. I noted luxurious finishes with excellent attention to detail in the rooms.
This impacted the overall freshness. I think a more regular maintenance schedule is needed.

Wonderful stay with AMAZING city views!

The cleanliness was perfect, especially the bed linens and bathroom. We navigated the compact space comfortably. Our room had a wide view of the city and the Tokyo skytree. I rented umbrellas for free and they were super useful during a rainy day. I requested an iron and ironing board and got them quickly.
The breakfast was not very interesting because it was the same everyday.

The hotel is very close to multiple metro stations. This makes traveling around very convenient. The neighborhood is also scenic and quiet. I found the location superb for easy access to various parts of the city.

the location was acceptable with a metro station nearby.
I found the room cleanliness disappointing. There was noticeable dust under the bed and on the furniture. the room felt quite cramped. I could barely open one suitcase comfortably. the breakfast was also repetitive and lacked local cuisine.
