torn duvetburned kettle
The room was not properly cleaned. i observed hair on the sheets beneath the pillows. also, the duvet cover had tears at the corners. Such damage is unacceptable. the kettle burned out when i tried to boil water and it left a very strong, unpleasant odor, even after i opened the windows.

The staff helped me when needed. Beds were comfortable. i found it convenient to heathrow with good food options if you enjoy asian foods. i appreciated the daily replenishments of refreshments, toiletries and towels when i needed them.
the room wasn't very soundproof, as the hotel is on the main road. the road was busy all night. i didn't sleep well because of the vehicle noise!
