i appreciate the proximity it has to transportation links, especially train station nearby. the room provide a good space, it was clean. the staff were efficient and courteous to us. breakfast offer sufficient options for everyone.

the bar area looked very nice. the hotel feature good security, it restrict access to rooms for unauthorized people. glass and tea and coffee are available in rooms.

The room given to me felt quite SMALLER than I imagined. The bathroom layout was awkward, there was little space. a/c made NOISE intermittently even when off, it hampered sleep. NO closet.

the staff stored our bags without problems. the location is great for exploring on foot with the british museum nearby. my room was clean and the pillows felt comfortable. staff members were helpful during my short stay.
the tv reception was sometimes sporadic . i couldn't always watch the channels i wanted due to signal issues.

The location was convenient. I was very close to underground stations. the room was very clean and compact, exactly as advertised. i also found the staff to be friendly and helpful . they provided quick assistance and directions when needed.
The room lacked a proper wardrobe. There was only a rack with a few hangers, limiting storage space.

i encountered issues upon arrival. the room assigned initially had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. it took considerable time to resolve, requiring multiple calls and a room transfer. the replacement room was acceptable, the tv remote was missing. these inconveniences detracted from the stay.
