I had a very large triple room. There was space to move around easily. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was good, very modern. There was plenty of free street parking available, a big plus.

The hotel's cleanliness was REALLY questionable. The carpets had sweet wrappers and dirt. The stairwell was in a disgraceful state. This was not a pleasant sight.

The gentleman on duty was very understanding of my late arrival and upgraded my room, this gesture was appreciated. The room had bright and spacious qualities. I found the process straightforward.
I noticed a slightly noisy group staying. It caused a minor disruption during the night.

i really adored the soft lighting in our double room, it felt so calming. the bed had fresh linens and fluffy pillows. i noticed the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, a small touch i loved.
The hallway carpets needed a better clean. I wished they had looked fresher.
