the location is really convenient , especially with the underground station nearby. the staff was nice , they were quick with requests.
the room felt a little outdated , it could use some modernizing. i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom , specifically some mold.

the location worked well for me. transportation access was nice with buses and underground nearby. kensington and hyde park were both easily accessible. there were many markets, shops, and restaurants close to the hotel.
the room needed some improvements. the bed base had some stains. i also noticed the lighting was dusty. air con also needed a dusting.

the location proved beneficial. the bus stop was near the building. the room was clean. staff provided more milk for my tea when I requested it.
the shower holder was broken in the bathroom. the tv was very old and slow to use. also, the WiFi was down. i could not work from the hotel.

the staff was polite.
the bed was not comfortable and felt old. the toilet also had an awful smell like it hadn't been cleaned recently and this bothered me a lot, i hate that. it.
