excellent locationclean roomcomfy bed
i found the location excellent near paddington station and hyde park. the room was clean with coffee and tea facilities. the shower room was lovely it had warm and hot water and the bed was comfy. i appreciated the value for money especially for a saturday night.
i noticed the carpet is a bit tired and could use some updating.

many restaurants are very close to the hotel offering lots of choices. numerous little shops and convenience stores are near the premises giving guests easy access to essentials and snacks. breakfast was available on request.

the room featured decent decor and a quiet atmosphere. i found an electric kettle available with complimentary coffee and biscuits. a hair dryer was available i also appreciated the spotlessly clean bed linen and towels.

the location is convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful . my room included complimentary coffee and a kettle, i found that useful.
The room was quite small. the bathroom tiles had some cracks. I noticed that immediately. some noise from outside made it a bit difficult to sleep. I think the windows are not soundproof.

I found the location very convenient to Paddington Station. The accessibility to nearby shops and restaurants was great. The room was adequately sized. Staff members were helpful and friendly.
The hotel had scaffolding, and workmen were walking past the room early in the morning. The curtains did not close well, limiting privacy. The television also did not work .

i was very close to kensington gardens and hyde park. the tube station was just a minute away (so convenient!). the room was very clean, and the ensuite bathroom was spacious. the hotel's location was excellent for accessing paddington and central areas.
