the location i find so lovable, near hyde park. two tube stations are a brief walk. restaurants are very close. the building feels so NICE and the staff IS friendly.
the carpets seemed old and scruffy. Paint was peeling too, I felt there was neglect. i did not LIKE the smell of dirty dishwater when i arrived.

The hotel is near many dining options. It stands next to a beautiful park. Two different underground lines are within close walking distance. The building has a historic look, situated in a beautiful area. I found the staff very friendly.

The hotel location worked well. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The building had fine ornate ceilings. I also appreciate spirally staircases.
The floor creaked significantly when moving around the room. The bath and fixed shower need replacement with a walk in shower. I find this inconvenient.
