The location is EXCELLENT, so close to the station. Many restaurants are also nearby. The staff was lovely and willing to help. My room had plenty of space and was clean.
The room was quite small. Walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbors.

the LOCATION is really great near paddington station. i also liked the free luggage storage after check out. the view from my room was LOVELY and overlooked a park. the bathroom was in a good condition.
the room was very noisy, it was hard to sleep well. the sound of people outside and in the staircase was VERY loud. i could hear them stomp on the stairs all night. i think the price was too high for the room i got.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to Paddington station. There is coffee and fresh water always available .
I was on the fourth floor, so it was a bit tiring. My room lacked air conditioning.
