Good Location and Friendly Staff

The staff allowed me to check in early, very helpful after a long journey. My room was clean and had everything i needed for a short stay. The location proved super convenient for accessing attractions and the tube. i found the staff friendly and helpful.

The location was supremely convenient. I could easily walk to hyde park and various shops. paddington station was also very close, and traveling around the city was simple. the bed provided really good comfort, ensuring a restful sleep after long days exploring. i found the staff particularly friendly and helpful. they offered great recommendations, and were really good.
The room was smaller than i anticipated, it felt slightly cramped for two people. this impacted our ability to fully unpack and move freely. We had to keep our suitcases closed.

I found the staff really helpful. They allowed me to check into my room early due to my schedule. the location is excellent. It has easy access to paddington station for connections to heathrow and other destinations. the bath was great, it even featured a nice shower with good water pressure.
the room felt a bit small compared to other cities i have visited. it wasn't a major issue, but something to note for future stays.
