The room proved smaller than anticipated. The noise insulation was inadequate, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms. The bed was not up to standard, affecting sleep quality. I found the mattress to be too soft and unsupportive for my preference.

The breakfast service was prompt, and I appreciated the good choice of items. Staff members were helpful and friendly. They decorated the bed with rose petals and balloons for a birthday. It was a really thoughtful touch. I found the location great for visiting various attractions.

The location offers easy access to victoria station. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast had good variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries. i would stay here again!
the room lacked air conditioning, it made it difficult to regulate temperature.
