the location was acceptable with a shop conveniently located across the road.
The room felt dated. It was like stepping back into the 60s, honestly. there was mold present in the shower, so i couldn't use it. the toilet had trouble flushing even tissue.

I found the location very convenient. It provided easy access to public transportation. The bus stop across from the hotel made travel simple. There were several shops nearby. I also appreciated the free on-site parking.
My room required slight redecoration.

I found the staff good. The food was AMAZING!!! The room was clean. I appreciated the free parking space and its easy access.

cigarette odorcracked tiles
the room had a noticeable cigarette odor it seemed pervasive throughout the hotel. shared bathrooms were unpleasant i saw mold and what looked like hairs it was cleaning was infrequent. the sink tap was difficult to turn off and some floor tiles were cracked adding to a general sense of neglect. the tv in the bathroom did not function but honestly i didn't expect much.

the breakfast was acceptable with various options.
Our room had several issues. the bathroom lacked a functional door handle, I almost got stuck. the water pressure was TERRIBLE. It took ages to fill the bathtub.

the receptionist showed great kindness to the children this was very much appreciated the location is great for wembley stadium. there is a tesco express just a minute's walk away too

the staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast included scrambled eggs and baked beans. the room had a functional fridge. it kept my drinks cold.
the hallways seemed a bit dim, it was a minor inconvenience.
