The room was clean and the bathroom looked recently refurbished. I found adequate storage for my short stay. The staff was friendly even if they did not speak much English.
The breakfast required a short walk to another building down the street. I found this very inconvenient. The breakfast options were limited. It was disappointing.

the staff was lovely and kind, i will give them that (they didn't seem to know how to fix anything, though).
i got a room on the third floor, and it was like a sauna. it was hot even with the window open, sleeping was almost impossible. there was also a constant dripping sound from leaks in the ceiling. (classy!) i reported it, but the leak continued during my entire stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful . The location is excellent, offering easy access to many attractions. My room was clean and it was well maintained. I found the USB recharge ports on the wall useful..
The room was quite hot. There was no air-conditioning. Only one fan was provided. There was a musty smell in the room and I think it needed air fresheners. The beds are hard and I found them to be uncomfortable.
