the room was domestically clean. it was well facilitated for a short trip with a tea and coffee station. i found slippers, a hair dryer and an iron. the hotel has great value and a central location.
the room was not correctly cleaned upon arrival. the windows were old and moldy, i saw broken blinds. the air conditioning was very bad, the door handle fell off the first day.

the receptionist was polite upon my arrival. keycard entry made returning at night easy. the area remained quiet overnight, a benefit i appreciated. the room was super clean with some nice touches to, i thought.
the bathroom light did not work for me, a minor inconvenience.

The lodging is located near liverpool train station. It is only five blocks away. the financial district felt safe, though it empties after work hours. this location proved convenient for my travel.

The room included free goodies, such as chocolates and slippers. This was unexpected. all rooms have ensuite facilities, which i confirmed. The description could be clearer. the room had everything one would need and it was super clean.

The staff on site was amazing. service from reception was good. The communication was clear! the receptionist's friendly demeanour added to a positive atmosphere. They were helpful .

The room was clean and everything worked fine.
The bed was uncomfortable it was really firm. I did not sleep well. Noise from outside was intrusive even with earplugs that the hotel provided.
