The room had basic amenities. It was clean. I had a good experience checking in. Checking out was fast. The location was great because the building has a modern aesthetic. I felt secure there. The receptionist was available all the time.
The room had very limited space. It was sometimes uncomfortable. I did wish there was more room.

the staff members were polite and the room was clean.
The room was small. There was no desk or seat, it felt very cramped. There was no kettle, fridge, hair dryer, or iron available in the room. The window faced a brick wall , and i felt very DISAPPOINTED.

the location suited my needs well. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i received complimentary water refills, a nice bonus. the air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature in the room.
the room felt very small with limited space for luggage. i found that there was no desk and no chair. the window could not be opened for fresh air. also the mattress was quite firm, i didn't find it very comfortable.

The location is great a short walk to the tube station. There are many shops across the road. It was lovely and clean plus quiet.
The shower could use more pressure. Otherwise, the stay was great.
