perfect location and friendly service!

the location is seriously perfect! it is just a short walk to the blue mosque and lots of restaurants. (i loved being so close to everything). i even got an upgrade with early check-in. this.
the bathroom did show some wear. the shower handle wasn't properly installed.

the location was acceptable near the sultanahmet tram station, a short walk away.
I was disappointed by the room service . I had to get water and tea from the bar myself because they were never refilled. the room service also didn't clean my room or replace the towels twice. additionally, the bed linen wasn't changed at all during my 10-day stay. A small black mark was there when i arrived and stayed until i left.

The air conditioning needed some serious attention. It was loud, and the panel indicated that the filter needed changing. placing my toiletries in the bathroom was a challenge because the shelf by the mirror was practically falling off. the shower handle seemed old and poorly installed! it wasn't exactly a smooth experience.

i found the hotel's location excellent. it was a short walk to the blue mosque and nearby restaurants. the tram station was also close, about 4 minutes away. the hotel itself was nicely presented though the bathroom was a bit old. the shower facilities worked well.
the street outside was a bit noisy at times. even at night, sounds of water flushing and people talking were noticeable. i was glad that it was the only downside i found.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They were very cute. housekeeping staff cleaned rooms thoroughly on a daily basis. they ensured the rooms were very clean upon arrival. The service was really good.
