the location is superb near the tram station and gülhane park. daily restocking of water, tea, and coffee was very helpful. the chef provided surprising and delicious dishes each morning i admire such dedication.

I stayed in a triple room. it had comfortable beds and ample space for luggage storage. i also appreciated the efficient air conditioning system. It kept the room at a consistent temperature throughout my stay.
The soundproofing could have been slightly better. I noticed some street noise during peak hours.

the tram station was right outside, a very big plus. staff were pleasant and always available at the reception. i could easily walk to many historical sites from there. the Gulhane park is really close.

the staff at the reception desk offered quick assistance and always answered my questions with patience. i saw staff members promptly helping other guests with their luggage. they also gave advice regarding local transportation.

the breakfast area had a variety of options. i saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes being served. staff constantly refilled the buffet, therefore ensuring plenty for everyone, which i think is very good.

my room was really small. it was hard to move around with my suitcase. the breakfast wasnt good either because there wasnt much to choose from each day. and my window faced this roof, i dont know what it was, but it didnt match the pictures i saw when i booked.

The hotel's location is very convenient to visit main attractions. The tram station is right outside the hotel making travel easy. Many food shops are close. The reception staff spoke English and was very friendly.
The windows didn't close properly. This allowed noise from the tram to enter the room. It made the room noisy.
