musty odor thin walls
the room had a definite musty odor, i did not like it. IT affected sleep QUALITY. also, the walls were thin. i heard neighbors talking LATE at night and early in the morning.

The hotel location suited me perfectly. I appreciated its proximity to the Galata Tower. The room was spacious and included a comfortable bed. The hotel also offered complimentary morning tea, a good touch.

broken telephone uncaring staff
My experience had some issues. The TV in the room did not work at all. I reported this immediately, but they never fixed it. The staff didn't seem to care much. No apologies were offered. the AC stopped working two nights in a row. Since the phone was also broken, I had to go down to reception each time to report it. Their behavior was not what I expected.

satisfactory stay near galata
convenient location spacious room broken tv faulty telephone
the location suited my needs well. it was a short walk to the galata tower and nearby shops. the room was spacious and had air conditioning. the furniture looked clean and modern.
The tv in my room did not work . i reported this issue, however it was not fixed, i also noted that the telephone was not working. I had to go to reception to communicate my concerns.

quiet street helpful staff
The location was great, just a short walk to the Galata Tower. A supermarket was conveniently located very close by (only 3 minutes away!).
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.
