The room included a shower and toilet. The hotel is very central. It made it easy to walk to many places.
The staircase was a little narrow. It made carrying suitcases a bit difficult.

the room was cleaned every day this was acceptable.
I found the hotel to be quite noisy at night. I could hear street noise and other guests. the stairs were very narrow. climbing them with luggage was difficult and inconvenient.

I was so excited by the super friendly reception personnel. they were always ready to help. They answered all my questions. they even provided umbrellas when it rained. the location is amazing, near everything important to visit.
the water in the sink was almost boiling hot, whichever way i turned the tap. there was mostly no cold water, only warm at best. i also noticed that there was not a lot of effort put into cleaning the room before my visit. the floor has clearly not been vacuumed recently, and the table cloth was very dirty.

The staff was very kind. They was always happy to assist me. The rooms was clean. I liked the central location as I could walk everywhere.
My room did not have shelves. It also lacked curtains. The water didnt drain very well. It easily flooded my bathroom.
