I booked a Double Room Sea View No Smoking. I expected better cleanliness. I found half used shampoo in the bathroom and hairs on the comb. Bird droppings was on the balcony table. These issues impacted my stay.

staff members helped organize trips and airport transportation (they were very professional). the location is perfect, it is walking distance to tourist spots and close to transportation.

I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was lovely. the waters looked so pretty from there. the room was clean and i found the queen size bed to be very cozy. the staff was always so helpful with the lugagges. I found that to be very kind.
our room was next to the kitchen, and it got noisy at night. i could hear cooking going on late. the train tracks made a lot of sound too, when the train passed. i was a bit sad that the curtains weren't long enough, because they let in too much light in the morning.

the hotel sits a short walk from attractions. the staff were always gentle. they helped me with anything i needed. my room received daily cleaning with fresh towels.
the street outside the hotel was sometimes noisy at night.

My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. also, the noise from the bar downstairs was excessive. It continued late into the night. i was not able to sleep well because of it. this needs immediate improvement. the noise was constant until 2 am!
