cheap cleaning products thin walls
The location is great for shopping in the area. Director Orhan allowed an early check-in and provided late breakfast.
The room smelled like cheap cleaning products. This was especially noticeable on some of the sheets. It was VERY loud. The walls must be thin because i could hear everything from outside. The water flow at the sink was hard to adjust to a medium intensity. The shower drained improperly. I had to stop so the bathroom would not flood.

fantastic stay
early check-in generous portions
the receptionist, orhan, arranged an early check-in. the family room was spacious and the daily cleaning was great. i extended my stay and mr orhan gave me a discount. the breakfast was good, and dinner portions were generous.

The location was good, I could easily catch a tram. Mr Orhan was cute. He helped me extend my stay. The rooms get cleaned every day. It was nice.
The room had a twin bed when I asked for a double. I got two separate beds instead. The room was not properly cleaned. It was small.

wonderful stay!
friendly staff beautiful view fun sight
the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially mr orhan and his team!). the breakfast included a beautiful view of the bosphorus. i also enjoyed watching the seagulls. Mr hashem fed them.
The lift can only accommodate two persons and is a bit outdated. It does not even indicate which floor you are on.

The breakfast had a comprehensive selection and a beautiful view. mr hashim, the breakfast manager, was very kind and creative. His team was also perfect.

The staff was kind and helpful, particularly mr orhan and his reception team. They were professional. the cleaning was done every day. This kept the room fresh .

the hotel offers convenient access to transportation with bus and tram stations nearby. aksaray tram station is just a few minutes walk away. metro access is also available.

The rooms were cleaned daily. This included fresh towels and water bottles. the rooms felt modern and comfortable. rooms even feature fine sea views.

The location is very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel is beside a bus station. This offers great connectivity. trams are also nearby.
