i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the staff were cute and always ready to assist. the buffet breakfast offered a generous selection to start the day (i especially loved the pastries!). the location is unbeatable, just steps away from iconic landmarks.
the room got a little noisy occasionally, as i could sometimes hear sounds from neighboring rooms.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They always went out of their way. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The chef deserves a high rating. I recommend eating in the restaurant rather than outside. The quality is much better here.
The shower had a bad smell. The foul smell came from the drain.

the hotel staff were helpful. they gave me great advice about local transportation options. the location was also very convenient. it allowed easy access to main attractions and public transport was nearby.
the room i stayed in was a bit outdated. i could hear noise from both outside and the adjacent room. also the pillow was too high for me. i had some discomfort during my sleep.

i appreciate the kind staff, zeki were very helpful at the front desk. it was very grateful, i was able to get into MY room earlier. the location is GREAT and accessible via several means of transport.
