The staff was friendly and helpful .
The room was quite small. There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room. I had to go out to a local cafe for a coffee. I found that there were only two pillows provided, which impacted the comfort.

fantastic accesscity centersense of calm
the location offered fantastic access to nearby attractions i really did enjoy the easy access to different parts of the area a good choice for exploring the city center everything flowed nicely the moment i stepped inside the room i felt a sense of calm.
the absence of a window did impact the overall ambiance, though the room remained a peaceful sanctuary.

The front desk staff was available 24 hours a day offering support whenever needed. Their constant presence added a sense of security and peace of mind. it was a very comforting thought to have.

I found the staff to be nice and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was my first time at this hotel, and I would use it again.
The room was very small. The bathroom was awful. It would be better to have a portable toilet than the bathroom they provided.
