a mediocre stay, sadly
dirty carpets obvious debris
the staff let us check in early, a real bonus.
the room was just so dirty, you know. carpets really need a deep clean and it was obvious it hadnt been hovered before our stay, i think because i saw debris all over. i was disappointed.

great location good selection sufficient space free parking
the hotel's location was great for attending an event at the secc i could easily walk there. breakfast offered a good selection i especially liked the fresh pastries. the room had sufficient space for luggage and moving around. free parking was available making it easy to come and go.
the bathroom had some minor wear and tear i noticed a small crack in the tile.

my room included tea and coffee making facilities i found this very convenient. a large desk was useful for working the room also included a wardrobe with ample storage space. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

breakfast offered a wide variety of options including hot and cold dishes i appreciated the fresh fruit selection. the restaurant provided coffee and tea stations for complimentary beverages throughout the day. i found the availability of a microwave for heating meals particularly convenient.

the staff were friendly and accommodating i appreciated their willingness to help with directions. check in was easy and efficient the receptionist provided clear instructions. i needed a late check out it was arranged without hassle.

the hotel is located within walking distance of public transport i found it very convenient. the proximity to the secc and hydro venues was a definite advantage. i found many restaurants and shops nearby.

the team members were approachable. i got complimentary parking for my car. the breakfast offered a good selection.
My room was allocated with three keys. none of them worked. the manager said another room smelled of cat pee. there was no choice of onion rings or chips at 4:30 pm.

The room had good air conditioning, I MUST say. The staff allowed an early check-in, what a bonus. The room was clean and a comfy bed helped me relax. The shower had excellent pressure and felt warm.
I noted a charge now exists for parking on the premises.

helpful staff easy identification
I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They quickly arranged a taxi for my journey home. The hotel's customer lock up was useful for storing my bags after check out. My bags were tagged for easy identification.
The room was quite crowded. There was very little space to store my gear.
