adequate but needs improvement
unclean room missing cleaning
the location suited my needs. it was close to where i needed to be.
the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. the room was not cleaned during my three-night stay. staff informed me that i should have requested cleaning.

a comfortable stay with scenic views
short ride huge television
the location is great as it's close to charing cross station. it's only a short train ride to the city center. the staff were helpful and friendly. i was offered a complimentary upgrade to the 11th floor, and the television was huge at 85".
i did notice that there wasn't a vending machine for water or any drinks after breakfast hours. this was quite inconvenient, as getting a simple bottle of water became a challenge. i had expected that such amenities would be accessible at any time of day.

a haven after wanderlust
amazing receptionist comfortable bed quiet surroundings
the helpful receptionist charmed me with her kindness, and i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. the bed proved comfortable. the room's quiet surroundings gifted me peaceful rest, even with the window partly open.
the tv remote needed new batteries.

surprised by the stay!
handy location discounted rate
the location proved handy for my travels. the adjacent multi-story car park was practical, especially with a discounted rate. i paid twelve pounds for twenty-four hours with the hotel discount!
I found only tissues rather than proper toilet paper in the bathroom. I requested toilet paper at the reception. the receptionist informed me that it came in a box!
