convenient locationstained sheetswet floor
The location was really convenient. It was easy to get around.
The cleanliness was a BIG issue. the sheets had these stains, and it just felt unhygienic. PLUS, the washroom was in terrible condition. The floor was always wet since there weren't any wipers available!

the hostel is a short distance from the city center. i found a supermarket nearby, convenient. the common area had functional wifi, useful for getting some work done. the staff answered my questions efficiently. i found the hostel clean, although basic.
the room was very spartan and sparsely furnished. it was like some additional elements would improve the space a lot.

The room had a bed and a small table. It was adequate. the bathroom included a shower. i saw clean towels were provided in the room. a window offered limited natural light. The room was quiet.

the hotel is close to charing cross station, which aids easy transportation. kelvingrove park is within walking distance from the hotel. the area felt reasonably secure, even late at night. i could reach several local amenities within minutes.

the reception desk had staff present 24 hours a day. luggage storage was available for a small fee. i managed to purchase travel essentials like toothpaste at reception. the staff members addressed my requests quickly.

Really good Cleanliness and Convenient Location

Rosanna, the General Manager, greeted me upon arrival and provided helpful city information. Mags, Rosanna's Mum, prepared a very enjoyable breakfast. Housekeeping staff were respectful and ensured fresh towels and emptied bins daily. I will return.
The hostel charges £6 to store luggage if you arrive early or leave late. This policy, combined with the late check-in time, seemed designed to increase revenue. I felt this was an unnecessary expense.

The common space downstairs features a microwave and a TV. This area allows guests to call people or relax. The hostel offers good wifi for convenient connectivity. It is a practical amenity.

the location was great and close to the rail station. the staff were nice and friendly. the breakfast was good (i enjoyed the variety). the dorm room was spacious.
my dorm room door did not always shut properly because of the damaged lock. the lockers were not big enough for luggage. there were no hooks in the room for coats or towels (it was inconvenient).

The location was quite convenient. It only took a short time to reach the area. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious.
I found no cooking facilities. There wasn't even a jug. Guests were excluded from using a fully appointed kitchen.
