The room was small. The mini bar fridge did not work so the drinks were warm. It wasn't really ideal.

friendly staffwelcome drinkgreat setup
the staff were friendly and helpful. i arrived early and left my luggage and returned to a welcome drink of prosecco. each team member i met was cute. the room was well set up, and i easily booked drinks in the sacred garden through their whatsapp.
the room lacked a hotel information leaflet. finding tea and milk was difficult, as it was behind a mirror and not immediately obvious.
Dining

the rooftop bar is great for food and cocktails. the seafood platter and steak flatbread were delicious.

Really good Attention to Detail

great detailfantastic cocktailattentive staffunavailable bathrobe
The attention to detail impressed me. The drinks were fantastic especially the cocktails. The food was excellent. I felt cared for, and every staff member was attentive. Justine made my birthday super special.
I found there were no bathrobes or disposable slippers available in the suite room. The air conditioning only seemed to blow cold air, even when set to 30c. The mini bar fridge was not cold, inconvenient for keeping water cool.
Facilities
9/10
It ensures you have a spot to enjoy the ambiance. There is also a downstairs bar where guests can sample various cocktails.
Dining
10/10
The rooftop bar offers a limited menu, though the dishes are delicious. I enjoyed the breakfast, which presented great options. The taste was amazing. The staff professionally opened champagne and topped up glasses!
