super clean room early check-in convenient location
the room was super clean. triveni at reception facilitated my early check-in and i appreciate it. the location is convenient close to amenities and transport.
the soundproofing could use improvement as street noise was slightly noticeable.

the staff were very cute and helpful throughout my stay robert was especially great providing really good service. he provided recommendations for local spots and ensured i felt welcomed and well taken care of.

helpful staff members complimentary upgrade clean bedding small room few sockets insufficient pillows
the staff members were helpful and happy. i received a complimentary upgrade upon check-in to a room with a window on the first floor (i really appreciated that!). the room was clean, and the double bed was very comfortable with clean bedding.
The room was quite small. i found that there were not enough plug sockets in the room. we also didn't have enough pillows. We were only given two.

Fantastic Central Stay!
helpful staff smooth check-in clean room central location
The staff provided really good service. Celine was particularly kind and helpful throughout my stay. She answered all my questions with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the clean condition of my room. The location is central, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
The room was a bit small, with limited space for luggage. I think some extra storage would have been very helpful.

compact comfort, a bright stay
modern room great value friendly staff
the room was clean and modern, a great value. staff members were super helpful, they were cute. i found raj and celine to be so friendly at reception, it.
i noticed guests talked loudly outside the room, it made a ruckus in the early hours though. someone was knocking on doors, it ruined my sleep entirely.

warm welcome tidy room clean bathroom
ynx at reception gave a warm welcome, i got a choice of floor. the room seemed tidy and well prepared. the bathroom facilities looked very clean too.
