a decent stay
helpful staff sea views missing mirror separate building
the staff were helpful and pleasant. the room was very comfy and tidy the room had nice sea views.
i was accommodated in the house next door this took me by surprise. there were no mirrors in the bathroom i found it inconvenient when i was having a shave.

gluten free breakfast good bar dated room hot water
The gluten free breakfast options were lovely for my wife. I also enjoyed the good bar meals. EVERYONE on the staff were very helpful. The bar prices were very fair.
The hot water took a long time to come through. I also noticed the rooms were a tad dated. The waiting time for the water was LONG and a little annoying. The outdated rooms could use some improvements.

spacious room cleanliness quality professional staff
the room was really spacious and its cleanliness was great, so cool. i got a lovely breakfast with cereal, fruit, and super hot food, totally yum. the staff were so helpful and professional, it was great.
the room lacked a mirror in the bathroom, not great for doing makeup, but, you know, not a big deal really.

exposed wires street noise
The room felt unfinished. It was like someone started decorating and just stopped. i noticed exposed wires near the tv, it didn't feel safe! the noise from the street was constant. i struggled to sleep because of traffic and people shouting. the breakfast buffet was chaotic, people were pushing, and some food items were gone fast. i didn't enjoy my breakfast because it was disorganized.
