The location was excellent. It was very close to the train station. i could easily travel to wembley stadium. the beds felt super comfy. I slept well. the check-in process was flexible. the staff were also nice.

the room had very little natural light. i found the lighting a bit dim.

location was pretty good close to the train station. the room had a decent size i think. beds was comfy, so i slept well. i will use it again if i need to be in that area.

no one was there to check me in. i had to ring for a code, and it didn't work! the curtains and towels looked a little ripped. also, there weren't any tea and coffee in the room.
