the staff are extraordinarily good and helpful. the bed is always comfy, and i get restful sleep. the location is perfect for accessing food places, shops, and public transport.
The bathroom smelled slightly of curry. It was a small inconvenience.

The room provided ample space, a welcome convenience. Daily cleaning kept the area tidy. The bed was made and sheets were changed regularly. Reception staff demonstrated professionalism. The room included a fridge, this was VERY useful.
The lock on the bedroom door felt a little loose.

The reception staff was very accommodating and promptly addressed all inquiries. Extra amenities, such as an ironing board and hairdryer, were provided with no delay. This was AMAZING. The staff ensured a smooth and easy stay.

The hotel location provided easy access to public transport. The tube station is within walking distance. The neighborhood felt secure, this gave me peace of mind. Free car parking was available directly in front of the entrance.

The room was quite clean and tidy. I found fresh towels and shower gel provided. The beds were comfy (i slept very well). Key code access to the front door was convenient, allowing me to come and go easily.
The walls seem thin, as I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.
