The room I got was really small it was difficult to move around with my luggage. The wifi was unreliable it worked sometimes in the morning but it was completely down at night. I found this inconvenient because I needed internet access for work. The beds felt crammed I did not like it.

The hotel has very close proximity to Paddington Station. I found the road quiet (which was unexpected). The hotel also offered complimentary coffee and the Wi-Fi worked really well.
The free wifi was sometimes unreliable.

The location was really convenient, so close to paddington station. i could easily get around the city from there. the staff was helpful. They let me keep my luggage safe after i checked out. the room itself was clean and quite comfortable, which i appreciated after long days.
the room was a bit small. i had little space to move around freely or store my belongings comfortably, though the size was manageable.
