I stayed in a well-heated room! the breakfast selection was plentiful and satisfying, i found many choices. the staff members were helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. leaving luggage after checkout was a great convenience. It helped me a lot.

i found the location very convenient for seeing the sights. it was easy to walk to the danube and other attractions. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. the staff were friendly and helpful when i needed directions.
the shower was quite small i felt a little cramped in it. the towels felt thin not soft.

cold hallwaymissing signage
I found a couple of things pretty disappointing. The hallways felt a bit cold and dimly lit, giving an impression of uncleanliness. There Was also a lack of clear signage. I really had to search for directions (which added to the frustration). It's an old building, I know, but that should be addressed better.
