friendly stafftea making
the staff was friendly. i had everything i needed and it was really handy for my plans near the area. there was tea making in the room and the shower was something i looked forward to.
the hotel room become too warm. only one window opened, but the window covering meant you could only have the window open, or privacy.

mixed experience at this pub stay
street noisedifficult check-in
i stayed in a room where the street noise was a real issue. the windows are old and single-glazed (i guess they haven't been updated in ages). it seemed like i was trying to sleep outside. also, check-in was a hassle. i had to push my way through pub patrons to get any service. not ideal after a long day of travel.

Self check in directions were clear upon our late arrival. The room was super clean and quiet (something i value). The shower was lovely and hot, a great way to start the day.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. The staff were really helpful too. The staff helped me with all my needs (i was very happy).

The pub downstairs serves excellent tapas. The pub is lovely, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the pub.
