the staff offered a warm welcome. the food was excellent . my room was comfortable. the hotel is a short walk to the train station.
i found some stains on the walls in my room. a man entered my room late at night when i was in bed. i received an apology about this the next day.

the hotel was easy to access and the staff helped me. i had to leave early, however a continental breakfast was served to me. the car park in front of the building was very helpful. there are supermarkets and shops within walking distance from the hotel, it was very convenient.
i found the soundproofing could be slightly improved as i could hear noise from other rooms.

i found a very comfortable bed paired with blackout curtains! breakfast was good with a friendly, helpful staff. the bathroom was a good size, and i enjoyed the biscuits and a tunnocks tea cake provided, just perfect with a cup of tea in the room.
I noticed some crumbs on the chairs in the restaurant. It could be helpful to clean the chairs more thoroughly. it's a minor detail, but attention to cleanliness in all areas improves the overall experience.

the room was quite spacious i settled into a superior king room walk shower it had great features the food was delicious and so well presented the staff offered kind service i felt very welcomed and well cared for . i especially enjoyed the breakfast it was excellent value for money and offered such a wonderful start to each day of my stay. the restaurant was very good and had a charming atmosphere. its location was ideal for my travels i was able to explore easily.
my only minor issue was some noise from other guests but this was only intermittent and did not greatly affect my experience i found a workaround.

I had a standard double room. the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. however, the furniture looked quite dated. the bathroom really let the room down. It needs some refurbishment. the price i paid didn't quite match the standard of the room. i won't rush back.
