The staff showed real kindness and a willingness to help, a heartfelt touch. the room had a very clean feel, a welcome sight after my travels. the shower was also wonderful and offered refreshing moments. Such a simple pleasure!!!
instructions for parking upon arrival were confusing, something that could be improved for an easier start to the stay.

surprisingly good stay
spacious roomclean en suitecomfortable bed
the room was spacious. it had a clean en suite. freeview t. v was available and i could log into netflix. the bed felt very comfortable and the room temperature was perfect.
the check-in process involved a bit of a walk through the pub below.

food could be ordered from the bar until late. gazza recommended the double cheeseburger with chips, and it was AMAZING!!! there was also a vending machine available for late-night snacks.
