nice room amazing staff warm breakfast stained carpet small bathroom distracting noise
the room was very nice and quite big, it had everything i needed! the staff was amazing and were very fast with any request i had. breakfast was great, i loved every item they had, and it was so warm!
the carpet have some stains which was a bummer. the bathroom was very small i could barely move. the noise from the bar at night was distracting and hard to sleep with.

comfy bed spacious room efficient staff
The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. breakfast was also great. I could book it before check-in and select a time. the staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. i found everything clean and tidy. It was well-kept.
I noticed the drinks prices seemed a bit high. There are cheaper options nearby

I had a good choice at breakfast and for my evening meal. the food offered was quite adequate. I had no complaints. i would consider dining here again based on the quality and variety available.

The staff were very helpful. I arrived slightly early and was allowed into my room. when i realised i left the key inside, they were helpful again. they hid a key for me. It was a relief.

The rooms were clean and of a good size. the beds were comfortable. I got a good night's sleep. the room included tea and coffee, a hairdryer, and a tv. All i needed.

The hotel has free parking. This was important as i drove. the hotel is next to a pub but separate. This gives convenience. there is a lift, even though it is only two floors. This is convenient.

friendly staff quiet room cute patrons positive recommendation
the staff was friendly. the rooms presented quiet atmosphere. i found the patrons equally cute. i would make a recommendation about it.
the hotel needs small refurbishment touch. some aspects looked worn.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Sounds from nearby rooms were easily heard. Lively conversations woke me early in the morning.

some issues
limited options full price
the breakfast was not great. i booked continental and checked the options beforehand. i can't eat dairy or citrus because of intolerance. i arrived to find i could only have toast with jam from all the options. there were no plant-based options available like alternative milk. i was still charged full price for just toast!
