lovely hotel experience

the team offered help with bags upon arrival. a manager provided detailed directions for local attractions. the hotel allowed us to wait comfortably in the dining area post-checkout prior to our flight. i found the availability of staff throughout the day very helpful.
the heating system wasn't functional one morning, so the room got a bit chilly before i checked out.

the staff bent over backwards and pleased all guests with their excellent service. directions were detailed and clear. assistance was offered with luggage.

breakfast included many delicious, fresh options daily. choices were varied. breakfast offered sausages, yogurt, croissants, cut-up fruit, granola, sliced meats, cheeses, and hard-boiled eggs. i found it expansive.

the hotel's location offered easy access to major attractions. many restaurants and shopping areas were very close. st mark's square and rialto bridge were within easy walking distance. the area felt vibrant.

My room faced an inner courtyard. It was dark. the air conditioning barely worked. the noise kept me awake. clearly, i did not get what i paid for, not even close

the staff helped with suggestions about transportation. they carried my luggage up the stairs upon arrival. they escorted me to my water taxi, carrying my luggage there too!!!
the bed and pillows were quite hard and not comfortable.
