I must say, my experience had some downsides. The breakfast really disappointed me. It lacked variety and tasted bland. Honestly, I expected more. the room felt a bit cramped. It did not meet my expectations for the price I paid.

the staff was friendly and helpful i appreciated the 24-hour reception the hotel had a quiet atmosphere the location was near major attractions. i found it easy to walk to san marco square and ponte rialto from the hotel
the room i stayed in seemed much worse than the ones shown in the pictures i saw online

The room was very spacious and the facilities were clean. The location allowed easy visits to main tourist attractions and walking around the centro storico area. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The room decor seemed a little tired. Also the bedside lighting was insufficient for reading. I found it difficult to read at night.

This made accessing higher floors very easy. Air conditioning in the room was effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature. The hotel also features artwork. It is visible throughout the premises.

Breakfast included pastries, coffee, fruit, and soft drinks. The options were standard for the region. The breakfast had plenty of choice. guests could order coffee. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful and friendly.

Reception staff were courteous and helpful . They promptly addressed my inquiries. Room cleaning was satisfactory though toiletries were not fully replenished. That was not a major problem however.

the location is excellent. friendly staff provided good quality breakfast with gluten-free bakery items. it was so convenient, and i thoroughly enjoyed the morning meal.
the single room was a BIT small. it seemed like a closet TO be honest. that was the only downside .
