i appreciated the location near all attractions. a water taxi pulled right up to the wharf, and the hotel staff pre-arranged it. we received vip treatment . we celebrated our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with champagne on the dock overlooking the canal!
The rooms are a bit small. Still, i managed.

The location was great, with convenient access to nearby attractions! breakfast provided a good start to the day, with sufficient variety. i found the staff polite. They assisted me with directions and provided helpful recommendations. the room was neat, with amenities that matched my needs.
the room size felt quite compact, made moving around a bit difficult. noise from the outside was noticeable, even with the windows closed, i could hear the bustle of the city! this made it challenging to unwind fully.
