A Good Stay!
helpful staff great addition fresh fruit
The staff was helpful. They provided directions. The room had air conditioning, a great addition. The breakfast included fresh fruit served on the patio, a detail I found very sweet.
The soundproofing was weak. I could hear people on the stairs.

The accommodation sits off a main road in Cannaregio, great for quiet evenings. It is about a seven-minute walk to both the train station and the Ferrovia vaporetto stop, an ideal distance. Crossing only one bridge made transportation easy, a great advantage with luggage.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was enough for two people. There was air conditioning in the room. This ensured a comfortable and relaxing environment after long days of exploration, an ideal addition for warm weather.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt secure . Air conditioning worked very well, which I appreciated .
There was no coffee available in the rooms or in the lobby. I could clearly hear my neighbors, not ideal. There were no leaflets with information about attractions, which would have been helpful.

sweet traditional place
history explanation smooth reservation traditional decoration sweet home
alberto at the front desk gave history of the hotel. he also explained nearby burance ferry stations. tiata called me to make my reservation smooth. i liked the traditional decorations it seemed like home.
the tv in my room looked fine however, it did not work well and i heard neighbors easily.

the location is good and it has proximity to guglie bridge. the train station is only a short walk. the bus stop for the airport is only twenty minutes away. it makes traveling easy.

my room was vintage beautiful and also clean. the beds are comfortable and i slept well. use of fridge with ice compartment was a good thing. the room had a charming and authentic feel.
