the location is fantastic. it is an easy walk from the boat i took from the airport! the reception was friendly. the room was amazing.
there is no tea, coffee, or water available in rooms or in the lobby. the tv in the mirror looked good, though it didn't work properly.

The staff was helpful. They provided directions. The room had air conditioning, a great addition. The breakfast included fresh fruit served on the patio, a detail I found very sweet.
The soundproofing was weak. I could hear people on the stairs.

The accommodation sits off a main road in Cannaregio, nice for quiet evenings. It is about a seven-minute walk to both the train station and the Ferrovia vaporetto stop, an ideal distance. Crossing only one bridge made transportation easy, a great advantage with luggage.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was enough for two people. There was air conditioning in the room. This ensured a comfortable and relaxing environment after long days of exploration, an ideal addition for warm weather.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt secure . Air conditioning worked very well, which I appreciated .
There was no coffee available in the rooms or in the lobby. I could clearly hear my neighbors, not ideal. There were no leaflets with information about attractions, which would have been helpful.

alberto at the front desk gave history of the hotel. he also explained nearby burance ferry stations. tiata called me to make my reservation smooth. i liked the traditional decorations it seemed like home.
the tv in my room looked fine however, it did not work well and i heard neighbors easily.
