The location was great. The staff helped when I asked for assistance.
The beds were not comfortable. I woke up at 2 AM and found some red bugs in the bed. They were bed bugs. They bit us and were full of blood.

The breakfast was simple yet sufficient to start the day.
The room I stayed in was not in the main building it was located a couple streets away I found this inconvenient. The alley felt unsafe especially at night. The room seemed old and had a musty smell.

I loved being near st mark's square. A quick walk brought me right there. the breakfast was a lovely start to each day, with enough choices for me.

The hotel's location was ideal as it was near Saint Mark's Square. I found the room clean and the bedsheets of good quality. Breakfast offered a good start to the day with varied options.
I noticed the absence of USB ports in the room. A European converter is essential.
