the location was convenient for accessing transportation. the vaporetto stop was close by. the room was clean, and the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. the staff were attentive.
the room was small, especially the bathroom, it felt cramped. the heating system didn't seem to work effectively. the room remained cold despite adjusting the thermostat. the shower was also quite small.

the breakfast was AMAZING I especially liked the fresh juice and fruit. the staff were attentive they were ALWAYS cleaning. the location was perfect too I could EASILY walk to the Doge Museum.
the room was a bit worn i noticed chipped door frames. the fabric on the walls seemed dingy it had loose threads. THE AIR CONDITIONING was not functioning properly it was really hot.

The hotel was a short walk from the waterbus stop. the airport waterbus also uses this stop. I could buy tickets right at the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
The room's temperature was a real issue. the heating and air conditioner didn't work, and there was an old electric heater. the walls felt ice-cold. The bathroom temperature was around 15 degrees.

I found the hotel very conveniently situated, just a brief walk from main attractions. The staff were helpful. They provided excellent recommendations. Breakfast offered a large selection, with several choices available. The hotel also offered canal access, allowing easy water taxi transportation.
The room's air conditioning felt slightly underpowered during very warm days.
