charming stay near accademia

the location was fantastic, close to the accademia bridge. my room was a good size and quite comfortable. there was an outside seating area that was a bonus, i used it every day. the staff were helpful too.
i found the breakfast room quite crowded at times, with many people trying to use the facilities simultaneously. it made finding a table challenging.

the room i had was quite outdated. i noticed a disabled toilet in my room, but no bidet, unusual. the carpet looked very dirty with stains, and there was a lot of dust. the furniture was worn, and the bathroom mirror was rusty. the breakfast area felt cramped when it was busy.

the hotel is located very close to the gallerie dell'accademia and a bridge across the grand canal. the zattere vaporetto stop is also conveniently nearby. breakfast included a good selection. the bathroom was particularly nice.

i totally loved how close everything was. vaporetto stops were super close! i found so many great restaurants and shops nearby too. the staff? friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast had plenty of options, and the rooms were very clean!
