Anna and john, the new management team, were very cute. our maid, kath, kept our recently renovated room very clean. i enjoyed dinner. The boneless, skinless fish and chips were crisp and some of the best i have had. i predict the management team will improve the business within a year.
i noticed the drink prices at the pub were higher compared to other establishments nearby.

I appreciated the convenient, complimentary parking available onsite. The location was great. The bus stop was very close. Route 65 is easily accessible. The staff members were warm and helpful . The bed in my room was comfortable, and the shower worked very well.
The hotel lacked a tv in the room, slightly inconvenient (i like to watch the news).

the location was really amazing for my wedding plans at pembroke lodge in richmond park! it was simple to take lovely walks along the river that sunday morning. anna was very helpful, and she did her best to. there was on-site parking.
my room lacked a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

the location was PERFECT! The staff are friendly and they did their best to ensure my experience at the hotel was really good. the pub linked to the hotel had really good food and drinks, a nice touch. Free parking was available, which i appreciated. I also like that the staff were efficient.
the main road is close to the rooms so you can hear traffic. it was not a major problem, but it is noticeable.
