uncomfortable bedignored guest
the room seemed clean however the bed was really uncomfortable i did not sleep well because of this. i thought i would at least get a polite greeting. the staff should make an effort with all guests not just some.

The hotel advertised parking, but it was across the street in a metered public lot. I emailed in advance to confirm parking but got no response. I found this lack of communication frustrating.

The room was very clean. It had air conditioning which was a definite bonus. The staff was lovely. The girl cleaning the rooms was very helpful.
Our room window was frosted so there was no view. The bathroom was very small. There was no ventilation in the bathroom.
