the room was lovely and cosy it also had coffee and tea facilities. i especially liked its proximity to the beach. the staff were friendly which i really appreciated.
the towels provided were not very good so i couldn't dry myself as effectively

The breakfast was fabulous. The owners greeted me with a very friendly welcome. The shower in the bathroom was nice and powerful. The room included plenty of different teas and coffees.
The towels were not very good.

the room was clean and had netflix, a welcome extra.
My sleep suffered due to thin curtains. Too much light entered the room at dawn. the duvet was too warm and i couldn't hide from the light. also, the breakfast was far too early for me.

I found the owner lovely upon arrival. They showed me everything. the permit for parking right outside was very useful, especially given the central location. it is right next to the beach and very close to the town centre. This made everything easy.
The room provided everything needed. however, the curtains did not cover the whole window. Once dawn arrived, there was too much light. this limited sleep.

the breakfast included thick, creamy yoghurt with blueberries, banana, and strawberries. a full english breakfast was also cooked to perfection with fruit juice and toast. this set me up for the whole day.

The room had tea and coffee facilities. Slippers and dressing gowns were provided. A fan was available in the room, a lovely touch. The location is good with the town less than ten minutes away.
The curtains didn't fully cover the window, so there was too much light after dawn.
