mixed experience with several issues
inconsistent temperature parking problem
the absence of readily available parking proved problematic. locating a suitable spot required navigating narrow streets. the room's temperature regulation was inconsistent. it fluctuated between excessively hot and uncomfortably cold, this made for an unpleasantly variable environment.

a few issues during stay
restaurant closure difficult arrival
the location was acceptable and the room was bigger than i thought.
Upon arrival, i learned the restaurant was closed because of a new floor installation i did not know this in advance. the arrival was also tricky because the hotel sits on a one-way street with limited parking. It meant finding a spot with a provided permit, not on-site parking, and it was quite stressful

Fantastic stay with fine harbour view!!!
excellent location friendly staff harbour view room balcony
The location is EXCELLENT. Staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in. I stayed in a room that had a balcony. It included a table and chairs. This allowed me to enjoy the view overlooking the harbour, wonderful.

classic style matching color heavy curtains triple glazed windows
the room was clean furnishings were of a classic style all matching color and style.
the noise from nearby pubs was too loud our room needed better windows and thicker curtains i had to use ear plugs to sleep at night the noise was REALLY over powering sometimes.

central location harbour view friendly staff relaxing stay
I loved the location! it was very central and convenient. The room had a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the harbour. I found the staff to be friendly. They were always willing to assist with requests. I also appreciated that the hotel is exclusively for adults.
The accessibility for cars was not ideal. Parking proved challenging, I found myself a considerable distance away.

some issues
misleading photos broken toilet
We arrived and the room didn't match the photos i saw when i booked it. they said everyone thinks the same, suggesting the photos are misleading. there was also no parking permit available at check-in. the room got really hot, and we couldn't control the heating and the next day it was freezing. it was very dark. the toilet didn't flush well, and the seat was broken.
