comfortable bedwhite linenpoorly placed hooks
I found the bed very comfortable. The oak lined walls and white bed linen created a calm and inviting atmosphere (a welcome change from the city bustle).
I noticed the towel hooks in the shower were not ideally placed. This resulted in the towel hanging quite close to the toilet.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Naveen at the front desk provided excellent service. Leela was very kind and assisted me with travel recommendations. She was a pleasure to talk to.

The location is excellent and almost everything is within walking distance. Knightsbridge tube station is directly opposite the hotel. The hotel is located right on the corner of Knightsbridge.
Facilities

The en-suite shower included shampoo and wash. Fast wifi was available throughout the hotel. The rooms featured adjustable lighting with sensor controls.
