modern room local shop easy entry
the room was simple and modern. local shops are within walking distance. entry to the hotel was really easy.

average stay with some issues
poor ventilation dusty surfaces
the room lacked proper ventilation. there was no air conditioning and opening the window did little to alleviate the stuffiness. i found a layer of dust on some surfaces indicating cleaning wasn't thorough dust irritated my allergies.

great location smooth process bathroom hairs cramped bed
the location was great, very close to essential places (i especially liked the tesco shop located nearby). communication about check in was good, and the process was quite smooth.
i found lots of hairs in the bathroom (it was a bit off-putting). the single bed had two mattresses to create a double bed, but it felt a bit cramped.

surprisingly good stay!
electronic entry great location
the electronic door entry systems worked perfectly. it was really convenient for a staffless hotel! the location is fantastic. it is right next to a vibrant part of the city.
i tried to call ahead to ask about luggage storage, but no one answered the phone. my email confirmation even had the wrong room number, a hassle.

the location is great and very central! the hotel is on a high street with good amenities. i found the location was close to bus stops and train stations making getting around easy though the parking was expensive!
