The room was very clean and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I noticed a fridge in the room, a convenient feature even though I didn't personally use it. The location was perfect for accessing both tube and train lines, specifically St James Train Station and Blackhorse Road Tube.
I noticed a slight musty smell in the house. I bought an air freshener for my room, and while it helped a little, the odor was still noticeable, especially on the sheets and pillows.

I loved the room's cleanliness. It was super clean. the location worked so well! it was near the underground station. the staff were helpful. They cared about making the stay special.
The road outside was somewhat noisy at times. Still, it didn't ruin the overall experience.

The location is convenient. Blackhorse Road underground station is nearby. Walthamstow High Street is also close. The room featured a fridge and a kettle (very useful!). The staff kept a parking space open for me.
Phone was the only way to communicate for access to the building and room. The television reception was unreliable.
